I knew what my dad was looking for both in a house and price range.  Kevin would meet me at the homes I selected.  He was often late, and spent time on phone calls while showing me homes. When I had some questions or concerns about some of the properties he brushed me off. At one house he had made an appointment for me to view he told a lady who just drove up that she could come in and see the house while I was going through it, while he stayed outside on the phone.  He was extremely unhelpful. It appeared that the price range we were looking in was not something he was interested in dealing with. He made little attempt to get information requested. I left a message on his cell phone requesting a second viewing of two properties, he didn't call me back.  When I called two days later to again request a second viewing he was really luke warm about going to the trouble of arranging it. We had narrowed it down to two places and I had some questions. Kevin was rude and condescending in his response to my questions. I told him if he said one more rude thing to me I was going to change realtors.  I ended up changing realtors to close the deal and finish the sale.

She was excellent. Our agent did nothing and got half the commission. We only have good things to say about her. She was completely dedicated to helping both sides of the transaction and not just the seller. She went the extra step to make sure everything was in order and completed when it was supposed to be. We didn't have to pay her anything. She actually helped us in negotiating the price. We would absolutely use her again and we always recommend her to anyone that calls looking for an agent in the community.
