He's usually already at the property inspecting the outside when I get there even though I think I'm early. Very thorough and good at explaining everything. Takes lots of pictures that show everything he finds which contractors find useful. This is included in the report and you get both a printed one in a nice folder and a easily emailed electronic file of it. Price depends on square footage, whether or not you have a pool etc... so it wasn't always the same. Was very good about rescheduling for me when I wasn't able to get power turned on in time. Licensed, insured and bonded unlike most other inspectors.
