Great did all work well

Was planted in late September, appeared to be fairly healthy but soon over half of the fronds have turned brown and tree appears to be dying. Several calls to the owner have not been returned and won't answer my calls or questions.

Two technicians worked at least an hour in 96 degree heat. Professionally trimmed and cleaned up. I will use this company in the future for both maintenance and landscape services.
