Lon wrote one report then amended it to the sellers wishes. Contrary to his published Code of Ethics he refused to respond to emails requesting an explanation. On the phone, after his refusal to email, he said he could not remeber who talked to him about the changes he made. His amended report actually suggested closing on the home with known fire code violations. He made no attempt to answer this very strange behavior by email or by phone in spite of his Code of Ethics statement.
