I think we've been using them for about six years. I think they service most of the west Portland area. Carlos is the owner and I think Gloria is his wife. Carlos speaks pretty good English but the others don't speak that well. They are very reliable and very trustworthy. It's a fairly open schedule and they usually come around the same time. We don’t have a set time. They are on a rotation throughout the day. They usually come out within a certain window of time. We once had an issue with a worker who came out. When I confronted them they were very apologetic and let that person go immediately. They handled the issue in a very, very professional manner. They always ask and make sure that we are happy with their work. They ask is if there is anything extra like cleaning the refrigerator that we would want them to do. They are very amiable that way.
