concrete repair
 + -1 moreCalled this contractor three times. He did return my calls but asked me to call him the following day to arrange for him to review and estimate the job. Called and he again asked me to call him the next day to review and estimate the job. I reminded him that he told me this the day before and he then said he would rearrange his schedule and call me back. He never did. I called him and never got a response.
Description of Work: Did not connect for estimate.
