Mr. Guild's initial quote was $75.00 for replacing two cracked tiles in the shower. During his scheduled appointment, he arrived on time and was very professional. He replaced the two tiles but did not finish because the tile glue needed to dry. We paid the $75.00 even though a second appointment was needed to finish the job. Next, he charged us an additional $20.00 for a second visit to finish grouting the tile. If he had identified all costs in the initial estimate, this would not have been an issue.
