Called Jeff to find out why our frameless shower wasn't closing / opening without a hard pull. He showed up that day and made the adjustment, showed us what he did and how to do it ourselves. Great customer service!

Had a shower door installed July 2023 and it was chipped and in September the inside handle just broke off while removing a washcloth from it Extremely cheap quality Initially I was able to contact Jeff and he was supposed to drop off a replacement but I haven’t heard anything in months after numerous attempts of calling and texting
