Their price is very cheap and they are like half the price of StateFarm. We had some minor accidents and they responded very quickly and gave us the payment right away for whatever the claim was. Every time we call them on the phone, they seem to be very responsive and nice. When somebody hit my car form the back, they even called us back to make sure that everything was okay.

The guy at AAA Insurance was really helpful, but for our particular needs I didn't want to pay as much as they wanted me to pay. He gave me a lot of good advice, we live in New Jersey, we bought a house in Florida, so his advice was very nice. He was really nice. The customer service was good. He handed us off to a co-worker to get rates and she got back to us right away so it was nice. They were very informative and friendly. The carriers just want too much money. I will use them again when I get my roof fixed.

Their coverage is half as much as State Farm coverage. They give you a lot of benefits. We inquired about their insurance and they gave us a quote and it was almost half of State Farm so we transferred to them. So far, we haven't put in a claim so I don't know about that experience. They are easy to work with and their price is reasonable.
