The technician was very professional and I was impressed on what their protocol is for pressure washing. First he comes to the door and asks exactly what I wanted to have washed, he had to price my driveway on site because driveways are all different sizes. He gave me quote and I agreed to have house and driveway done. What impressed me the most was that when he was completed, he knocked on the door and requested that I do a "walk around" the house to make sure it was done to my satisfaction prior to requesting payment. It was done perfectly and it was at that time that payment was due. My previous pressure wash company did not have the professionalism that A & C Exteriors did. They just drove up. Washed the house and only came to the door for payment. Once they had left, I found several misses and had to call them to come back, which never occurred. I'm so happy I gave A & C Exteriors a chance and have referred my neighbor's to them. They were equally impressed.

From the appointment scheduling to, installation of the pavers and wall and the sealing process were all completed in a very profession manner. There were different crews that handles the installation and clean up and everything was completed like clockwork. Carlos is the only person in the company to do the sealing which is the last part of the job so he can make sure everything was done perfectly and it is just perfect. I was unaware that if we installed the wall with columns at a certain height that it would add seating and room for friends to place their glasses or plates. This was a great idea and added so much more space for entertaining. I have nothing but excellent things to say about Carlos and his staff who were all courteous and the job was completed in a very timely manner. I have more work I want to have done and will not hesitate to contact Carlos again. Also, when shopping, I found out that most paver installers do not include the price of sealing in their quote. With A & C Exteriors, Inc. everything is included. I was also impressed thT no payment or deposit was required and payment was due after installation.
