Put new starter on compressor it started working, we paid they left. After they left broke down again kicked out breaker twice, called them back, they came Jay Jay offered to give back check he was sorry, I said take it off when we replace offered him some websites and asked his advice on which brand would be best after doing some research. Called and talked to owner she refused to do any checking on best brands only offered one said she did not have time. I then told her to return check as technician offered she refused any payment back. Poor service and extremely poor customer service, her grandpa needs someone else to run the place she is not capable.

I have employed Cox air conditioning before and was glad to see them on Angie's list because I rarely employ anyone unless they are on an internet list and known to be good.
I was unable to be home so honesty was a must. Since I knew them before, it was helpful that they were able to do their work inside my home without my supervision.
The work was done efficiently, the office/answer personnel were professional and their price fair. I do not recall the exact price but I was pleased to pay such a fair price.
My place is in the country and it's tough to find quality workers with such a small population. Therefore, their excellence was welcomed and appreciated.
I highly recommend Cox air conditioning.

They told me they could fix the A/C and it did not need replaced. They saved me from having to buy a new A/C unit.

He was able to track down the last remaining source (California) of these no longer produced busbars. This made it possible for the existing system to be repaired instead of a much more costly replacement.
