Yellowstone Landscape

This company sadly has been contracted by my HOA and I really feel that they are essentially stealing our money. First off, they NEVER have been able to maintain a consistent schedule in mowing our properties, for more than 4 weeks coming erratically and then not coming at all. Winter schedule was maybe every 3 weeks, “ghosting” our properties. I have video. Instead of using a weed eater to trim, they use Roundup to kill our grass leaving dirt patches up to 2 feet from items such as our homes and landscaping blocks, etc. It has been year after year that it’s like pulling teeth in getting them to pick up the leaves for the whole community which is only 92 small units here. They would come later in March, pick up for about 8 units in the front and 8 units in back, then never came back. Emailed my HOA and they tell that that Yellowstone will be back on the 9th of April. Again, NEVER. showed up. Finally on the 4th of MAY, they show up with a three man crew to hand rake and of course only from our front yards. They picked up from maybe another 20 units. I have also called the company on their listed phone number—no one answers—I leave a message that is never returned.
