WAY COOL POOLS

We started out extremely excited about this pool and have been going on almost 2 frustrating years with an incomplete, poor quality pool. No electrical inspection nor final inspection yet!! Every step of the construction process took much longer than it should have. Our pool shell was sitting with no forward progress for months. The interior finish was supposed to be pebble Tec and he installed a knock off brand and the installation was horrible and has caused us many problems so far. The pavers around the pool are sinking. The pool start up was done improperly causing discoloration of interior finish and scale to build. The spa jets feel like a small tickle of pressure. There was no guidance on the pool equipment offered at the startup. Had to YouTube everything. He left the grout completely unfinished around the pool and especially around the skimmer. Since he came and grouted the skimmer more pavers have began sinking in this area. We believe there’s a leak. He’s promised us over and over to fix these issues and disappears every time actually repairs need to happen. We are beyond upset and disappointed in this process. Please don’t ever build a pool with Derric Raymond.

Do not be fooled by looking at this companies web site....the majority of the pictures are from dissatisfied customers (including us). Don't sign his contract which states that the pool is completed when water is in the pool. Our pool received water before the tile was grouted and we are now losing our tile! You can do better than this company!
