The order was delivered to all places timely. The bride's and men's flowers were correct in size only; unfortunately, the bride's bouquet was predominantly red roses, the men's roses were a bluish red. Accuracy of the delivered flowers is a "he said, she said" situation; most upsetting was the lack of professionalism on the part of the owner. With only hours until the ceremony, her concern was more in proving she was right than in solving the problem, i.e. the bride would not carry the bouquet. Daleann refuted any possible improvisational solutions and continued to focus on her accuracy. She was asked to leave and we resolved the bouquet issue on our own. I followed up with Daleann one week later; after a few minutes on the call, we weren't bickering, she asked to call me back as she was wrapping flowers for a customer. Three days later I still have not heard from her. Again, responsibility of accuracy cannot be proved; however, the lack of professionalism rings loud and clear.
