My well water was a mess- full of iron and hard. Top Solutions installed a new filter and water softener. Their work was timely and thorough. I had many questions, which they answered right away. NO high pressure sales tricks. This was unlike with other companies I had come out and bid the job. One company wanted to charge me over 4x for the same equipment and work! Top Solutions genuinely was concerned with me and what I needed, not with grabbing as much as possible from my pocket. They've arranged for generous follow up and future maintenance of my system. Mr Pedro Pena is broadly knowledgeable, supremely professional and generous with his concern for his customers. It just goes to show you don't have to overcharge people to make money. I did the research and Top Solutions kept coming to the top for service and value and I will add an honest focused and hardworking team of technicians for water treatment and never tried to sell me what I didnâ t need. In fact he saved me money, based on other quotes, even his original quote, which was already fare for what we thought we needed. Pedro has more experience to identify a problem then I have experienced in 23 yrs here in Winter Garden. You could tell, as my project went on, that Pedro was not only long in knowledge but has a passion for his work. I did not know Pedro or this company before our need arose for service this week and I could not have been more satisfied. First of all they arrived on time. They were very professional and knowledgeable and showed me each particular part which needed to be repaired. They also explained what minerals they were using and why I needed these replaced. They also contacted me 6 hours after the job was completed to ask how the water quality was and reminded me if I had any problems to call them and they would return. I will recommend them to my friends and family.
