Pool and Spa Servicing
I had a tenant in a pool home, who insisted on a Saturday evening, that we send a pool tech asap to clean the pool, add chemiclas as needed, etc. I called Pool Runner at about 9pm Saturday evening and was surprised that he even answered the phone. He assured me he would go first thing in the morning to check it out (Sunday morning). I was suprised, because I didn't think anyone would respond to thje call, let alone go on a Sunday morning.
He arrived 15 minutes ahead of sched, called me and said the pool had some debris in it which he cleaned, but that it did not even need chemicals or any other attention.
I was extreme;y impressed with his honesty, knowledge, responsiveness and rate and I would not hesitate for a second to call him again when I need him

Pool and Spa Servicing
They came out do the maintenance but they damaged the pump device. When the pump kicked on lots of water came out. They caused water damage. They denied the responsibility. They blamed us for it. It did not work out well. We had to replace the pump and I felt they were responsible for it.
