The Patch Boys of South Orlando and Kissimmee

Honestly it is very patchy work. There are many spots on the walls that are not blended and very poorly textured. Now that we have put a coat of paint on it looks even worse and it ended up being more work for us. I expected a lot better work for what we paid. Would not recommend.

The garage ceiling needed urgent repair, received an immediate reply, quote, and were booked for the next morning. Carlos arrived on time, very polite and professional. I am very happy with the quality of the repair and the final result. I highly recommend this team.

Well technician did a good job but left the water running all night back of the house until in the morning when inotice that did not turn water off also water hose spreading every where also left a big empty 5 gallon outside the garage and left without saying goodbye or explain or details about the work

Great work , very pleased with quality of work. I am a little concerned about fee. Since they didn't need to replace the one sheet of drywall only reattach it, 495.00 seems a little high for a one hour job. The young young lady who did the work was amazing thou.

I contacted the patch boys for a few drywall patches on a slick finish. They performed an average job on the patches and did not really want to come out for the second day to sand. I hired a separate painter due to the language in their contract saying they do not guarantee a color match, which I interpreted as they do not guarantee customer satisfaction with their paint. I hired a separate painter who also happened to do drywall and pointed out all the mistakes from the patch boys and worked for hours to fix before paint. The part that is the most disappointing is that I paid $1,800 for 3 medium to small patches and they ended up needing more floating work and sanding. You would think for that high of a price that the job would be perfect. I did not bother to contact the patch boys for a resolution because it honestly is not worth my time. They thought the job they gave me was the absolute best they could do so I had lost all confidence that they could fix it. Maybe they are better at texture? They are not good at floating slick finish drywall, which is what I required.

I have to hire someone else to fix what they did to the ceiling in dining room

Was scheduled for 1pm. At 1:40 I called and go no response. 15 minutes later he called me back saying someone called from this number. Obviously he does not check his voicemail. I was not pleased with the fact that they did not give a courtesy call to me saying they were run behind. The worker showed up 1 1/2 hours after the fact. Job was completed. I value my time and expect others to be respectful and notify me if they will not arrive at the scheduled time.

Excellent communication and excellent service. Job was very reasonable and the work was done to perfection. Would definitely recommend them .
