It took several tries to get a quote that accurately included the site-specific changes I needed. Even then, a misunderstanding
occurred during installation. To their credit, it was quickly decided in my favor. I don’t think this would be a problem on a typical turn-key project where they determined the required work and quoted based on it.
Work was to start within a couple of days of when I had the generator available for installation and would be completed a few days thereafter. In reality, a short holiday week, problems with the ‘bobcat” loader needed to move the generator and emergencies delayed the job several weeks. This was not a problem as I think we both recognized it was a low priority job. For most jobs, it would be a plus that they revised work schedules to accommodate emergencies. However, if a job is time-critical, I would suggest making that clear to them and getting a specific schedule commitment.
Dave and Carlos, the installers, are very good worker. They are knowledgeable, competent, hard workers who are thoughtful and courteous and did a very professional job. They left the site clean and in good condition. The installation passed the county inspection the first time.
The final price was exactly as quoted. I am well-satisfied and, with the above caveats, would use Terry’s Electric for other work and confidently recommend them to friends.

Called Terry's. Scheduled appointment, got rates. notified there was a senior discount, scheduled service. Called to let me know they were on the way. Showed up as promised. Identified problems, circuit was with outside outlet, corrected problem by replacing and reconfiguring to keep the breakers operating. Cleaned up area. Very professional and polite.

They were good and responsive. I would recommend them.

They claimed the work was sufficient, but it does not work and have not returned calls. I would not ever use them again.

I liked their work. They did a very professional job. The only criticism I have is that we were not give an estimate prior to doing the work. They said they dont do estimates and that they work for $80/hour plus materials. We were shocked to get a bill for that amount. We have had work done by them in the past and were pleased, but this bill was ought of sight.

THEY DID A FINE JOB. WE WERE HAPPY WITH THEM, AND IT'S OVER AND DONE WITH. THE LIGHTS IN THE BATHROOM LOOK REALLY GOOD. THEY LOOK LIKE FANCY HOTEL LIGHTING NOW. THE OUTLETS WERE INSTALLED IN A BEDROOM AND PLAY ROOM. THEY WORK FINE. I WOULD RECOMMEND

THE TECH WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE ON WATER HEATERS. HE TESTED EVERYTHING BEFORE AND AFTER THE PROBLEM WAS SOLVED. I WAS NOT AWARE OF THE DIFFERENT THINGS THAT COULD GO WRONG, HE EXPLAINED MOST OF THE THINGS TO ME AND COMPLETED THE WORK IN A TIMELY MANNER.

THEY ARE PROMPT, PROFESSIONAL AND REASONABLE IN THEIR PRICING. THEY DID A THOROUGH JOB WHEN THEY DID ANY ELECTRICAL WORK FOR US. I WILL USE THEM WHENEVER I NEED ELECTRICAL WORK DONE AGAIN.

I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THE WORK THAT WAS PERFORMED. I WOULD RECOMMEND ANYONE TO USE THEIR SERVICES. THE TECHNICIAN WAS VERY POLITE, CLEAN AND COURTEOUS.
