Just to make this 100% clear. This is my fiance home ( Anne Siligato) in Thonotosassa, Florida. Our roof got ripped off during hurricane Milton. We were in in the middle of remodeling the home when the hurricane hit. We wanted to replace the roof with a slightly higher peaked roof, allowing more continuous runoff, metal or TPO. After speaking to several roofing companies, Ed with Sunpro suggested a metal roof and said he can give us a peak with continuous run off, with a lifetime warranty, for 17k. He installed and finished the roof on 12/4/2024. Well that never happened. The roof was a problem from the first rain and LEAKED for the first time on 1/21/2025, Second Leak on 2/24/25, Third Leak 6/19/2025, Fourth Leak on 6/20/2025, Fifth Leak on 6/29/2025. As the rainy season progressed it got worse. Then went a whole month until 7/31/2025 when the sixth leaked started. Ed did not respond to Anne's text messages or phone calls about the leak. Keep in mind that we were in the middle of remodeling and until the roof is repaired correctly we are in limbo and unable to move forward. Ed finally got back to Anne after he read the Google review and all of a sudden NO WARRANTLY!!! REALLY. Remember we paid 17k for this roof. All I can say is Ed is A LESS THEN HONEST MAN and the overall workmanship is extremely poor. I will add more to this later but I didn't want to wait any longer. The roof was installed 12/4/2024 and we have had 6, yes 6 leaks since than. They have come out 5 times to repair the leaks with no success. The 6th time we haven't heard from them at all. Why is that Ed ? I've had 3 roofing companies and 1 contractor tell me it was put on wrong, and the metal is 29 gauge which is used for barns. The peak is wrong, barely 1 degree, should have been 3 degrees at least and instead of doing what he said he was going to do with continous run off, he seamed two 12 foot metal panels, creating that seam which is causing the leaks. I have reported this company to the proper agencies and authorities. I WARN YOU STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. I will continue to add to this review, but this company is RIP OFF and LESS THAN HONEST. The roof shouldn't have been seamed that is where the problem is and where the leaks are occurring. Also the exhaust vents are crooked and were put on incorrectly, which will create future problems. This is not me saying this but I have had 3 other roofing companies and 2 contractors come out and all have said the same thing. This is the worst installation of a roof they have even seen. They all have verified that the pitch should have been 3 degrees and it is nearly 1 degrees, this is why it has a seam and a terrible flashing job, to boot. They also mentioned that it should have been a TPO roof. Also have missing screws also. In response to your reply Google Review, you never have done business with Anne Siligato, which is my fiance? Now let's add some more Ed, I had an inspector come out and he asked, if you were a licensed roofer? I replied yep. The addition on the mobile homes roof is 100% level, Zero slope. You don't put metal on a flat roof. Everyone that I have had out here has said the same thing. Big Big time miss application. Next is an engineer to come out. You are a very disappointing and misleading roofing company. If you like to take me to court for posting this, then let's go Ed. Anne is really upset with you and disappointed in you. Guess you enjoy making woman cry and feel bad. You are not right Ed!!!!!!!!
