Changed to Blackberry. There was a huge disconnect between prices and what technicians thought the plan prices would be. Took 2 months to straighten out. Sprint has made changes in their plans, now, and price is more what we expected.

I like the fact that they offer different packages to fit different needs. The only shortcoming was I wanted them to port my old telephone number and they did not. They were in a hurry to sign me up. Besides that, everything has been good.

SPRINT DID A GOOD JOB HOOKING UP THE INTERNET SERVICE. THEY WERE EASY TO GET A HOLD OF, AND GOT BACK TO US WITH OUR QUESTIONS QUICKLY. THEY ALSO WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL.
