I have a yearly maintenance contract. They come out twice a year to check and make sure everything's okay. I've used them for years.

When temps shot up to 85+ over the weekend, our A/C unit would not come
on. My husband checked and determined that it was the fan in the outside
unit. We called another local A/C company who claimed to have night and
weekend service and they did not call back, so we called Smith's. A
tech called us back within 2 hours and came out on Sunday morning. The
fan motor was the problem and he didn't have one for our a/c type on his
truck. He told us he would call right away and get one and that the
lady in the office would call us on Monday and set up the service
appointment. All went exactly as he said and they determined that the
motor was still under warranty. 2 techs arrived as promised on Tuesday
morning and had the new motor in very quickly. Everyone was personable, professional, and knew exactly what they were doing. We would use them again.

They were very responsive and they have a service plan to save money. They gave me a discount and they came immediately to fix a problem that I had afterwards.

I have a contract with them for servicing two air conditioners; I pre-pay them. I have never had a problem with them. I have had a new air conditioner put and had no problem with it. It has been energy efficient and whenever there is a problem they come and fix it. I am happy with their service. They are very knowledgeable and friendly. They answer all my questions and if they can't answer it then they call the office and find an answer for me. Their prices are very reasonable. If I call them today they would come by Friday if I needed them. If I forget to call them for their service the lady at the office actually gives me a call to let me know that it is time for me to schedule the servicing appointment; they even tract this for me. They are very good at being punctual because if they say they are going to be here at 8:00am in the morning then they are here at 8:00am in the morning.

Tobias Wetzel came for an estimate to replace my central a/c. He saw the job and spoke to my wife. After he bad mouthed his competition, he promised to drop off an estimate the following day. Instead, he left a voice mail the next day asking us to phone him. My wife got his office on the phone per his request but he wasn't available. She made another effort and then gave up.

WE ARE VERY HAPPY WITH THEM. THEY BACK UP THEIR SERVICE, AND THEY'RE VERY RELIABLE. THEY ARE VERY GOOD AND VERY PROFESSIONAL. THEY WERE THE ONES THAT INSTALLED EVERYTHING AND THEY DID A GOOD JOB WITH THAT. IF THERE ARE ANY PROBLEMS AT ALL THEY'RE BACK.

THE OVERALL EXPERIENCE WITH THIS COMPANY WAS GOOD. THEY TOOK THEIR TIME SO THAT TO MAKE SURE EVERYTHING WAS DONE RIGHT SO THERE WOULD BE NO PROBLEMS IN THE FUTURE.
