Ryan Hervey's Lawn Service

After several years of constantly changing lawn services due to unreliability, I found Ryan Hervey, and have used his company for the past 6 years. His crew shows up every week, and I never have to contact the company because my lawn is looking shaggy.

I hired Ryan to mow a vacation property.  I assume it all went fine with the mowing, but I never saw the finished job.  Ryan mows for several neighbors there, and they were all happy.  Billing to my out-of-state residence went smoothly.

My front yard was a mess.  My HOA was on my back.  I was having difficulty finding any company with a high rating on either Angie's List or the BBB who was willing and able to do the job within 30 days.  I eventually contacted Ryan Hervey,  He was the first Lawn Service I called who came out promptly, made no excuses as to why he might not be able to do it, and who was willing to do the work within my time frame.  His crew was prompt and efficient, the sod he installed was green, lush and healthy looking, and has thrived to this point, seven and a half months later.  I also retained his company to maintain my lawn, and they have done an excellent job.  Since April, they arrive to cut my lawn every 7-8 days, without fail.  They keep my trees and shrubbery trimmed, and Ryan himself seems to always be with the crew, ready to answer any questions I may have.  In the 19 years I have lived in Florida, his is the most reliable and consistent lawn maintenance service I have had, and his price is no higher than that of other companies I used.

Crew mutilated plants and did not replace or follow up.  No follow up from the Ryan Hervery.  Equipment used to mow was done so close to white vinyl fence that all posts have large black marks on them that will not wash off.  Permanently damaged and again no follow up from the owner Ryan, only that "good help is hard to find."  Owner does not supervise work and makes excuses for poor performance.  Only cares about the money and not the quality of customer service.  

Highly recommended. His crew are very reliable and Ryan is very professional and pleasant to deal with. Our yard has never looked better since his company took over.

It went great. I have been using Ryan Hervey's services since I moved to Kissimmee several years ago. He provides qualitry service as scheduled. I will continue to use his services and recommend him to others.
