They were very good. The installer was very personable and nice. The sales person was also very nice to deal with. The installer was late one day and the sales person also called to let me know he was going to be late. That was the only issue, but they kind of made up for it by calling finally. There are little things because I am picky. Both the installer and salesperson were professional and courteous. The installer always cleaned up after himself at night. They kept me informed as the work was completed.

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND IT AS FAR AS THE PUNCTUALITY AND RESPONSIBILITY. THEY DIDN'T RETURN CALLS. I THINK THE PEOPLE THEY HIRE ARE NOT VERY PROFESSIONAL PEOPLE. IT'S LIKE PULLING TEETH WITH THE PEOPLE. THEY SAY THEY'LL COME, AND THEY DON'T CALL. IT TOOK A LOT OF MY PART BEING AGGRESSIVE TO GET IT DONE. THE PRICE OF THE TILES ARE FAIR. THEY HAVE A WIDE RANGE OF BEAUTIFUL TILES. AS A WHOLE THE COMPANY IS NOT GOOD.

THIS COMPANY DOES EXCEPTIONAL WORK. THE QUALITY AND VARIETY OF TILES IN WAREHOUSE STORE IS REMARKABLE. THIS COMPANY HAS AN EXCELLENT REPUTATION IN THE COMMUNITY.

MY OVERALL EXPERIENCE WAS EXCELLENT, BECAUSE THEY WERE PUNCTUAL IN ARRIVING AND GETTING THE WORK DONE, VARIETY OF MATERIALS- AND THE QUALITIES OF THE TILES- GREAT.
