I own and run a property management company, so I rarely have time to do feedback on Angie's list. However, I would like other members to know that having used this company for many years they have saved my owners a small fortune!
Alex has a special machine that he has adapted which is nothing short of a miracle!
One home I manage has white carpets (not a good idea) and when I went to to the walk through for tenants vacating I was horrified to notice that the carpets were black....I did not relish the conversation I was going to have to have with the owner telling him that the carpets were ruined and also that the amount of security deposit we had would not cover replacement of those carpets.
This was my first experience of the Rhino!
In short those carpets came out as good as new. I was happy, the tenant was happy to get most of his security deposit back and the owner was very happy that the carpets had been restored, all for only a couple of hundred dollars!
If you are in any doubt and thinking of having new carpets, my recommendation would be to get Alex to come and give you an estimate. If they are beyond repair he will tell you.....
