I have been investing in Florida Real Estate (both homes and lots) for many years. I started working with Jacob Hara in 2007. He has masterfully guided me through the purchase of > 30 homes and lots during the last 10 years. Jacob is extremely knowledgeable about the area - valuation, market trends, participants, and inventory. He also works with credible service providers (lenders, title companies, insurance, etc), should you need any. Additionally, Jacob and his staff serve as property manager for all my homes. I have always received fast, honest, and reliable service. My rent checks have always arrived on time, repair estimates are prompt, and only licensed and insured vendors are used for maintenance. I would highly recommend Jacob and his company for all of your real estate and property management needs.
