The guy showed up and said he would complete the work, took $5000 and won't return any phone calls or text messages. Do not trust this guy.

Chad QCPainting was great when we met for the estimate. Heappeared to offer a great solution to my problems. (No professional vehicle, said it was in the shop, did not question till later) Gave me an estimate I sent $2500. Received a contract from Chad of QCPainting, he made some verbiage changes I was concerned about. I received go from HOA. Issued a second payment of $5690 for supplies, dumpster and to start work. Chad QCPainting said to me pay through PayPal. We were in regular contact until the following message received from Chad QCPainting. After the following message I never heard from him again. So just a heads up PayPal said I am over my limit and they put the money in a 21 day hold. Can you please dispute the payments you made. And write a check instead once they release it. It is impossible for me to fully fund this job and wait for all the money. Thank you lmk when you receive it. It should be fast I spoke with them already.

He has taken $11,000.00 from me, he is taking advantage of senior people.

Chad Heasley, owner of Qc Painting in Kissimmee, FL (689-269-5887) violates Angi's Code of Conduct and steals from clients. We fully executed a contractor agreement which included a $3,000 deposit being paid (50%). Mr. Heasley cashed the check on the same day.  Mr. Heasley was supposed to start repairing stucco and painting my house on May 28, 2024. He never showed. We exchanged several texts over the next couple of days and he guaranteed he would start at 9am ET on May 30, 2024. He never showed, refused to answer his phone, and did not respond to text messages. Due to his non-appearance he was required to refund the deposit by 12pm ET today, which he has not done. So he's stolen our money and ghosted us, leaving us in a terrible predicament. Angi - you need to reimburse us the deposit ASAP.

Chad the owner quoted me to do some work around the house i provided a down payment for $3500 that he cashed that day, its been over a month now and he has not returned to my home has not completed any work that he was supposed to do and ignores completely for the day that he is going to arrive, he is not responding communications and seems that block my phone number.

Review should not be done at this time because no job was ever started by QC Painting. but at this point there should be no stars. How can you answer these questions with no work done.I was contacted by Chad H. referred by home advisor a.k.a. Angie , Chad just looked at the job, agreed on price, then signed the contract and he mobile deposited my check. Cleared April 8th, 2024. Then because the right materials were not recieved he said he could not invest anymore time waiting for my siding.. . I was told to expect a check in the mail, then when that didnt happen was told it was in mail , When that didnt happen told that stop payment was put on that check and another sent. To this day no deposit check recieved. I did this review as a requirement to get help getting my deposit back from QC Painting. Between Home advisor and QC painting I expect to recieve my deposit back promptly. May 29,2024.

Very nice, personable, professional and knowledgeable. Job was done well and fast. Just awesome. 100% recommended, will definitely hire again when needed.

Chad came out right away made me a priority and got the job done. Couldnâ t be happier with the experience!!!
