It takes them about 25 minutes to clean my pool and they do excellent service. They go above and beyond the call of duty: once, when they let my dog out, they even helped me get him back.

Kip and his employees did an outstanding job.  They are all extremely pleasant, reliable and efficient.  They continue to provide us with excellent service.  We are first time pool owners so we always have a myriad of questions concerning the pool system.  Kip is always responsive and available to answer all of our questions and address our concerns. If Kip isn't readily available, his wife Pam or one of the other employees are always extremely helpful.

My parents travelled from their home in St. Louis to Orlando to stay at my house and enjoy time there. When my dad arrived, the pool was green so he called Pinch a Penny and spoke with Kip who mentioned that he should contact Brian. My dad attempted to contact Brian and Brian did not return his call. Also, when Brian first started cleaning the pool, we asked that he leave the service ticket/door hanger on the door to the house off the lanai (covered patio). He was leaving the tickets there without any issues for several weeks with several rainstorms and everything. Tickets remained dry and legible. When my dad arrived at the house this time, there were only 3 tickets for a span of several weeks. My dad called Pinch and Penny and wanted to figure out what was going on because the pool was green. My dad spoke with Kip. Kip mentioned that he would have Brian call him back. Brian never called. I spoke with my dad and asked him for an update. I then called Kip at the store (when I first signed up for the service I spoke with a man named Eric who told me he owned the store...now Kip said there is not an Eric that works there nor was there ever an Eric.). Kip was actually quite direct when I asked him how I should cancel the service. Kip said the service was already cancelled because my father had "unrealistic expectations." I explained to Kip that it appeared that Brian wasn't performing the service because we did not receive the service tickets at the door on the back lanai and the pool was green, Kip quickly cut me off saying that Brian most definitely serviced the pool and that the tickets he left got wet so he took the wet ones away and threw them away and left the ones that were dry. Kip didn't stop there...he went right into "You and I both know your pool has a phosphate problem." I don't know why he went into that, but if I am paying $90 or so a month for them to make sure the pool is perfect, why should I have a phosphate problem? Kip seemed rather short and somewhat direct with his comments and I still can't figure out why. Kip did not want to help and didn't offer any other resolution other than the service was cancelled. After Kip ended the conversation, I logged into the computer in Flordia and reviewed the time lapsed footage is fast forward mode and saw Brian there at the pool only 3 times over a period of several weeks. Sure enough each time Brian was there, he did leave the service ticket so great for Brian but why didn't he show up every week for the service I was paying for? End result is that there were not service tickets that got wet and were thrown away. Also, there isn't any water that gets back into the lanai area so I knew that this wasn't true from the start.
