Pool looks great. Pool was completed in the time frame that was given and perhaps much sooner if not for nearly two weeks of rain. They installed quality top notch equipment . All workers and sub contracters had nothing but great things to say about working for Osceola Aquatics.

They check and pool, put chemicals, and keep the pool clean. They are very good. They are prompt.

They are a good company. We got off to a very rough start. They gave me a quote to drain the pool and acid wash it. I agreed to the price. The person who turned up was the owner. He told me that I would have to pay him in advance. He said his people would accept my payment. I asked if they can do it on Friday, and he said okay. He came to my house in advance. I contacted utilities and they said everything seemed to be fine and that there was nothing wrong. I had already paid but things were a bit inconvenient for me initially. They had good rating in the Better Business Bureau. There never would have been any confusion if the regular people had answered the phone.

The people are warm, friendly and responsive. They helped us move a slab that was in the way when other's were not as helpful. We were very happy with the price and the installation went wonderfully and quickly (about 2 hours).

THE TECHNICIAN, DALE WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND THOROUGH. HE SUGGESTED THE REMOVAL OF OUR WATER SOFTENER WHICH HAD BEEN INFILTRATED WITH SAND DUE TO A WELL RUPTURE. WE WERE VERY SATISFIED.
