MAID EASY

I scheduled two separate cleanings ...a half hour before the cleaners were scheduled to come, they called and said they had to cancel as they were having car troubles. They confirmed that they would be to my house the next day at 1:00. At 11:30 a.m. I got a call from one of the cleaners and she said they were ahead of schedule and wondered if they could come to my house early. I, unfortunately, was not home and didn't believe I would be home much before the scheduled 1:00 appointment. The woman I spoke to seemed a bit unhappy that I was not flexible about this but said she would see me at 1. It ended up that I was home by 12:30, so I called the same number the cleaner called me from and left a message telling them I was home and if they wanted to come early, they could. I waited at my house and no one ever came or called me. I tried calling the business number as well and left a message. I have emailed the company and have not recieved any response.

Paula has been cleaning our home for the last 5 years. Her service is exceptional. I have yet to find a speck of dust in her wake. Even more, I completely trust her with my home, valuables, pets, etc.

IT'S JUST A GREAT COMPANY. I KNOW THE OWNER, I TRUST HER. I GAVE HER THE KEY TO MY HOUSE. I DON'T GIVE ANYBODY THE KEY TO MY HOUSE BUT I TRUST HER. THE QUALITY OF WORK IS EXCELLENT, IT'S HOW I WOULD CLEAN MY HOUSE. I'VE ONLY BEEN HERE ONCE WHEN THEY CLEAN, BUT SHE IS ALWAYS VERY NICE AND RESPECTFUL OF MY PRIVACY.
