KDR Stucco

We had to wait for stucco repair approval, so a few weeks from quote, got it Thursday, Kenjon was on site Monday morning early to fit my schedule. Sent pictures of progress, from removal to finish. Looks better than new. Tidied up as they went, left site clean. Would recommend their work, especially based on quality and pricing. Even put my Christmas light back up.

Fit me into their schedule immediately and preformed an excellent professional repair. Looks great and can’t tell the difference from rest of area. Texture matched perfectly. Would hire again.

KDR was fantastic. Responded quickly to request for quote. Knew exactly what needed to be done and gave me additional advice for the future needs of this 30+ year old stucco house. Replaced huge portions of exterior stucco on first floor and you cannot tell the difference between the stucco application put on when the house was built. Blends perfectly. And KDR stuccoed some additional areas down at the foundation to help prevent the kind of damage we had that led to the old stucco failing. Just a great professional team of experts and talented craftsmen. Highly recommend! And they do more than just stucco and I will definitely work with them again in the future.

KenJon was fantastic. He did a wonderful job at repair our stucco damage and painted when he was done. It look's perfect. I couldn't be happier. Most of all he and his colleague were on top and cleaned up afterward. Everything is neat and tidy. They come highly recommended by me and my Husband!

KDR Stucco is amazing! Mr. Kenjon Reid came out to give me what was a very competitive quote, and, as luck would have it, he was able to put our job on the schedule the next day. He and his crew arrived early the next morning ready to go, and were able to complete the job in one day. Our stucco exterior is the original 30+ plus year stucco, highly textured, and originally applied to wallboard that is not even in use these days. Our house is very symmetrical and simple so the stucco is a main feature of the facade and the first thing someone notices walking up to our house. KDR's crew are artisans and craftsmen, because the entire area of the new stucco matches the original stucco perfectly! No one will ever notice that such a large area of the original exterior has been replaced. In addition, Mr. Reid was so generous with giving us some great advice regarding how to care for the stucco to prevent future repairs as well as giving some very valuable advice for how we may want to plan to some of the other deferred work we have put off doing for many years. It was just such a pleasure to work with Kenjon (Mr. Reid) and his talented, hard-working crew. KDR does a lot of other kinds of work beyond stucco, and we are hoping to get to work with them again as soon as we can on house painting, concrete repairs, and anything else on our list that we need done and that KDR can do. Highly recommend KDR Stucco! Kenjon actually responds to quote requests in a timely manner and is totally trustworthy and customer-focused. He truly cares for his customers and enjoys his work. That means a lot. It is not easy to find professionals like this and we are so happy we found KDR Stucco.

They did a professional job with complete repair of a large hole in stucco including lath, waterproofing, and finish texturing to match the rest of the wall. The job was well done, completed quickly and reasonably priced. I would definitely use them again.
