THE INITIAL QUALITY WAS FINE. I HAD SOME ISSUES GETTING THINGS RESOLVED AFTER WE WERE IN THE HOUSE. I AM STILL HAVING SOME ISSUES GETTING PROBLEMS RESOLVED. THEY ARE THE LITTLE THINGS LIKE THE FLOORING IN THE KITCHEN ISN'T QUITE LINED UP RIGHT.

THE BUILDER IS GOOD AND EVERYTHING. WE JUST HAD PROBLEMS WITH THE FINANCING. THE CONSTRUCTION MANAGER AND ALL THE WORKERS WERE GREAT. THE PROBLEM WAS WITH THE FINANCE PEOPLE. I THINK THAT IS WHY THEY SWITCHED TO ANOTHER FINANCE COMPANY.

I WOULD SAY THEY BUILT TOO MANY HOUSES TOO FAST AND DON'T TAKE ENOUGH TIME INDIVIDUALLY, AND THE QUALITY SUFFERS. IT IS JUST WE STILL HAVE OUR WARRANTY SO THINGS WE DON'T LIKE WE CAN GET TAKEN CARE OF, BUT WE HAVEN'T BEEN THRILLED WITH THE PROCESS BECAUSE IT'S NOT WHAT THEY ADVERTISE.
