JORDAN HUNTER BUILDING INSPECTION

As soon as we called his phone, Rod Leigh answered and was very polite and courteous. He explained his service on the phone and offered the various options that he had available for his inspection work. Most importantly, as we were having a deadline and the other inspection company did not show up, we needed someone to do the work immediately and Rod was able to get out to inspect our home the same day that we called him. So even though we had called other companies, most did not speak much English and made promises they could not keep. When Rod came out, he explained everything that he would be doing with regard to the inspection of our home. We watched him do the work and he certainly did a very complete and professional job. We were both impressed by his high degree of professionalism and his pleasant disposition. Upon completion, he sent the extensive report by both fax and e-mail with many photographs of the items that had been inspected. We were impressed by the job performance.
