Service is inconsistent. First time I used them I had a good experience. Second time I used them I had a poor experience. Carpet was not cleaned properly. Asked them to return and at first they offered to come back, when I told them that I had to move furniture back in the room they refused to come back and remedy the situation. I have since disputed my credit card charge because they refuse to work with me. Beware.
