DEALING WITH THIS COMPANY WAS A PURE NIGHTMARE. I SIGNED A CONTRACT FOR THE JOB IN OCTOBER '04, AND HAD TO KEEP CALLING TO ASK WHEN THE ROOF WOULD BE INSTALLED. THEY FINALLY INSTALLED THE ROOF IN DECEMBER. THEY DID NOT REPLACE THE SUB ROOF, AS SPEC'D OUT BY THE INSURANCE ADJUSTER. THE ROOF WAS INSTALLED QUICKLY, LESS THAT A DAY FROM START TO FINISH. THEN IN MARCH OF '05, WE RECEIVED A LETTER INFORMING US OF A LIEN PLACED ON OUR HOME FROM THE ROOFING SUPPLY COMPANY STARTING THAT THEY WERE NEVER PAID BY GLOBAL. WHEN THE SPRING RAINS CAME, WE DISCOVERED A LEAK IN THE FRONT OF THE HOUSE, WE COULD NOT GET GLOBAL TO RESPOND TO OUR CALLS, AND MY HUSBAND HAD TO REPAIR THE LEAK HIMSELF.

DUE TO THE HURRICANES AND THE AMOUNT OF WORK THE ROOFING COMPANIES WERE DOING OUR EXPERIENCE WAS GREAT. THEY COULDN'T MAKE THE FIRST DATE TO DO THE WORK, BUT SHOWED UP THE NEXT DATE AND GOT IT DONE IN ONE DAY.
