As exterior repair companies go, they are pretty good, though higher priced than some others. The work was done well, and that is the most important thing. I had a good feeling about Gary's and his helper's experience. They were on time, a rarity for companies like this in my experience. When the job was finished, I noticed several details that were not up to my satisfaction, and they went back and fixed them without complaint. I got a written estimate upfront but ended up paying them for extra work that became necessary when additional rotted wood was found underneath the trim.
