Jorge the owner came with a translator. The translator was a very nice individual, but my wife experienced Jorge as angry and aggressive. He came to install cabinets and bit on a countertop. I was not at home. When he did not win the countertop his attitude changed and he charged $200 to take apart one cabinet that couldnt fit through the door. It is 5 min. $20-$50 is reasonable if it wasnt in the original quote. The cabinets are misaligned and he didnt complete the trim or decorative panel that my wife showed him and left without doing so. He refused to rectify the situation when given the chance. Would never hire him again and certainly dont recommend him.

This is a family-owned business. Mrs. Florentino is a gem to speak with, you feel like they take care of you as they would their own family. When Jorge came over to assess my kitchen, I learned they do more than just flooring, so I asked him to fix a leak in my master bath (the prior homeowner must've hired someone who did a shoddy job w/remodeling the bathrooms). Before Jorge arrived my guest bathroom leaked through the floor and if it wasn't for Jorge I would've lost it. He jumped into action and fixed my guest bathroom shower efficiently and even helped clean up the flooded water and fixed the other leak too. It's so nice to have someone you can trust that can fix other contractors mistakes. He will be my Go-To for any future projects and I feel blessed to have found him on this app. :)

He did not one but two jobs of tile repair and painted the entire back of the house. He was excellent and fair priced. Highly recommended.

I always wanted a stone wall with fireplace and a tv hung to the wall. Florentino did an amazing job. He is very organized and clean. He takes his time doing the job. Highly recommend him very experienced and talented.

From the moment I reached out to Florentino for some assistance and ideas for my bathroom make cover, it was such a easy and quickly process. Very kind, professional and quick to clean up after the job was done daily. We were definitely in the best hands.
