 + -1 moreI was happy to find a local computer store. I went there to buy a network card for my laptop and told them what kind I had. They showed me one and said this will work. The price was great, so I bought it. I took it home and tried to install it, but it would not fit. I took the card and my laptop back to the store to see if I was doing something wrong. They looked at it and said because my laptop was old the card would not work, so I asked for my money back. Then they said they have a no refund policy. I was not a happy camper, as I told them what kind of laptop I had. They have lost a customer for life over a $20 network card. Too bad, as they have very good prices.
Description of Work: I tried to buy a network card for a laptop.
