Members of the company were initially very helpful.....that is, until the lease was executed and signed.  Then it is impossible to get them to assist with anything.
After I went month-to-month, I was harassed with monthly phone calls asking me when I was going to be moving out.  One message even stated "we need to get you on a year lease," even though I had signed a month-to-month agreement.  Once I gave my notice, they wanted to come in immediately to start showing even though I was still living there and in the middle of moving.  I left the place immaculate, had it professionally cleaned and carpets done, but they wanted to charge me because an old, rusty spring broke on the screen door when I opened it to bring my garbage in.
Janet Summerton, the broker with the agency, is rude beyond belief and should not be working in this field or with the public in general.  I would strongly recommend that anyone reading this review NOT do business with her!!!
