Firm Foundation Home Inspection serves the entire Central Florida Area. We take pride in the fact that our reports are among the most detailed in the industry. Aubrey Kahn is a Certified Master Inspector and was the 135th licensed Home Inspector in Florida. His years of experience and his ability to communicate in easy to understand terms (no construction speak) are a plus. Having been in business since 2007, Firm Foundation Home Inspections has completed thousands of inspections and has many satisfied and repeat clients. Aubrey Kahn was voted the Rising Affiliate Member of 2013 by the Osceola Association of Realtors. Aubrey Kahn is a member of the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors. (IAC2) Aubrey Kahn is a co-sponsor of "The Home Improvement Show" on WFLA 540 am Saturdays from 9:00 am - 11:00 am Aubrey Kahn is the host of the "Talk to the Experts" show on WORL 660 am and 105.5 fm Saturdays from 1:00 pm - 3:00 pm.
