KNOWING WHAT I KNOW NOW, I'D PROBABLY DO THINGS A BIT DIFFERENTLY. I'M SATISFIED WITH WHAT THE CONTRACTOR DID, BUT I WOULD HAVE JUST BULLDOZED THE OLD HOUSE IF I HAD TO DO IT ALL AGAIN. THEY SUBCONTRACTED A PERSON TO PUT IN A WATERFALL. THEY HOOKED ME.
