I backed into my garage door when it didn’t open all the way and my vehicle was trapped inside the garage since the mangled door wouldn’t go up or down. I was in a panic because I had to pick my son up from school in a few hours. I called Elite Garage and spoke with Giovanni. He assured me he would be there in an hour and a half to get me out of my garage. True to his word, he came and got my vehicle out of the garage. He did not charge me one cent for doing this. I picked a new garage door from his catalog and he and his partner came the very next morning and installed it. I couldn’t believe how quickly they got it done. When we asked about installing a new motor, Giovanni said, “I’m going to be honest with you. The motor you have in there now works perfectly and if I were you, I wouldn’t replace it.” He could have tried to make more money off of us but instead he chose to be honest and I was very impressed with that. He also replaced a wooden board that was split at no extra charge. Giovanni and his partner were prompt, courteous, fair, fast, honest, and they went above and beyond. My garage door looks fantastic and they did a great job. I wish every company had their integrity. I will 100% recommend them to all my friends and family.

Giovanni and his partner did a fantastic job! They were fast, efficient, professional, and really good at solving problems (like my car battery was dead and we needed it out of the garage!). I am so glad I found Elite, through Angie's list and didn't go with the first company who quoted me all most double what I paid with Elite. The service went great, and the garage door was installed without any problems. This company was willing and able to get us a new garage door when our old one broke in an untimely disaster of sorts. We contacted other garage door services closer to home but none of the other companies could get us a new garage door, and installation, within the time we needed one; the closest estimate for delivery from the other companies was 3 weeks. However Elite Garage Door Services came out the next day all the way from Kissimmee (We live in Sarasota) to help us out. Great company and awesome service.

I'd already priced replacing them and it wasn't in the budget, the service done has helped us get more time out of them for a fraction of the cost

After husband left for work, I found that the garage door would not close automatically.  I knew enough how to close it manually, which I did.  I looked on Angie's List for garage door repair companies and called Elite Garage Door Service.  Owner answered phone and said that he would be over within the hour...which he was.  After checking out all the connections he found that the only problem was that the "eye" was not aligned properly.  When he repaired this, the door seemed to work fine.  He also replaced several of the wires that looked to be frayed and stapled all properly to the ceiling and walls.  After checking several times, the door was working.
However, that afternoon, the door stopped working again.  I called him back and he did return to check the door and connections out again.  The solution?  He reversed the "eyes".  IT WORKED.   I have not had any problems since then.  I am very pleased with Elite Garage Door Company.

The vendor worked very hard to meet my schedule (had to be late afternoon) without giving me grief.
Technician was there before I was, got right to work, and even repaired some brackets when I pointed them out.
overall, I am very happy with the responsiveness, flexibility and professionalism of this company.
