We used Donnie Daniels Plumbing for two projects and we were very pleased with the work that Tim did on both projects. We had Tim replace all of the toilet shut-off valves and supply lines on one visit since they were all about 15 years old. He arrived on time and completed the work very efficiently. On the second visit, Tim installed a new toilet in the powder room in our house. Again, we were very satisfied with the service and the quality of the work. We will no doubt call Donnie Daniels Plumbing again if we ever need plumbing work in our home.

Prompt would be an understatement. Plumber was here within about 3 hours of when we called. I was afraid we would need a new toilet but he quickly found the problem, put in a new seal, fixed the flush system with new parts and everything works great now. Excellent service, friendly plumber, clean and neat.

They came the same day that I called. The gentleman was knowledgeable and completed the repairs. He let me know the price and we agreed upon it. He did a very good job.

They were able to get out here within an hour of me calling. The plumber was absolutely wonderful, we used him before for other services. He got the new element put into our water heater fairly quickly and did a great job. Thanks again!

We have an older home and wanted to update the main bathroom shower/bath fixtures. It was told to us that we could use a trim kit to do the updates. The folks at Donnie's told us to get the kit and they would install it. We asked them to come out to consult and make sure that were ordering the right parts, as a free estimate. After we ordered and received the materials, they came out to do the install. We were charged $85/hr for the first visit (consult), we found out, and $85/hr for the second visit, for a total of $170. After doing the install we were told that there would be an additional cost for another visit because there were two more pieces that are necessary, that we were told are special order parts. The job is not complete yet. We are still waiting for the other parts to complete the work and are being told it will be another $85 per hour for a 3rd visit. The first visit was a consult and only lasted about 10-15 minutes and the only reason we called them out was to make sure that we would order the right parts. Had we known that we were going to be billed for a whole hour, just to come out and confirm we were ordering the right parts, we would have gone in a different direction. This was not made known to us prior to the visit and we were thinking any charge would have been rolled into the total work hours.

"We are sorry that you are so unhappy. Our boss talked with the husband originally and gave him an estimate of between 2-2.5 hours for job. Plumber was told that husband was ordering parts. We feel there is a misunderstanding between husband and wife as to what our boss talked to him about before we ever came out the first time. We are offering to install trim that husband is ordering at a lesser labor charge if you are aggreable. Thank you and have a great day."

Both of our toilets backed up and would not flush. My husband and I both tried plunging with the flange plunger we had. After looking online I saw that we needed to get a toilet auger and a plunger that has accordion-like pleats. Went to our local walmart and purchased both for around $10.00. I snaked both toilets which did not help and my husband used the new pleated plunger which caused the master bath shower to back up. Several inches of raw sewage stood in the shower. We knew we had done all we were capable of yet could not fix the blockage. I went to Angie's List and began searching plumbers. I saw that this company had great reviews and was also local. Just minutes from our home. After a mostly sleepless and restless night I called and explained our problem and was quoted a fair price per hour. Doug arrived within the hour and after seeing the backed up shower he knew the main line needed snaking. He looked diligently for a main clean out but could only find access near the street. He used the machine and snaked out the blockage. Then to be sure he had me go inside and run all the faucets and flush the toilets to push the water through the pipes to ensure the blockage was removed. The shower had fully drained and the toilets flushed with ease. All the drains were functioning properly. He ran the snake through again to be sure no blockage remained. Then he told me to fill a tub with water and let it out to push anything that may still be in the pipes under the house through to the sewer. I am very pleased with the work that Doug did and his professional manner and polite personality was very refreshing. If we ever need a plumber again, this will be the first place I call. And I will ask for Doug because he is knowledgeable and efficient.

I called the plumbing office, and the plumber was at my house within 30 minutes. He was prompt, polite, and efficient. The new faucet was installed within about 45 minutes, and it works just fine. I find it a bit strange that they don't accept credit cards, but other than that, everything was very well done.

I was very satisfied with their services. The person who came out knew what he was doing and he was pretty prompt. I don't know what they charge door-to-door, but their rate was alright. They have competency, promptness and reasonable rate.

Very personable Staff (I have had three or four seperate dealings with them...two different guys - two different locations). Described what they were doing in detail without making me feel stupid. They were quick,tthorough and professional. I will hire them again anytime I need their service.
