I first met Daniel Cruz on May 20, 2007 on a recommendation. Upon examination of the unit, he told me it was a mismatch but he would look for leaks. He filled the unit up but could not find a leak. I told him to let me see how long it would take for the unit to freeze again. I thanked him and he said it was no charge. In the end of September 2007, the unit froze again and so I decided just to go ahead and replace it. He came back the next day with the matching brand and unit size. His crew spent 4 hours working to install it. They were thorough and cleaned up after themselves. However, after listening to the unit I told him it was too loud being located near the living room where I watch TV and the bedrooms. He listened and agreed. He said that he wants all his customers happy and that he would be back the following week to replace it at no additional charge. His crew again did a very professional job and spent another 3 hours of labor. Excellent and I am very very happy.
