Heating and Air Conditioning Service
Not good. They work with our warranty company, who contacted the Service Provider. It took them 2 weeks once they contacted us (which took 5 days). They actually duct taped our furnace together and then they were supposed to come out to fix it correctly yesterday (07/20/15) and they didn't even show up. When we contacted them, they told us they had it down on a different date, but our home warranty company (who was also on the phone with us at the scheduling time had the same date as us). The gentleman had no idea what he was doing.
