Camden Town Square

It is a really nice place. It is billed as a luxury apt complex, and it is. the master bathrooms and walkin closets are huge. The service is phenomenal. they even change your light bulbs. The service staff as well as the office staff are really nice. The manager Donald is one of the nicest people I have ever met. They have holiday parties and free bingo for the residents. There are very nice lakes, ponds, and fountains. The pool and gym are very nice as well. The other phenomenal thing is the insulation of the apartment. My utility bills have never been this low. The only downside is the internet is not as fast because its a group service and the parking can be difficult to park next to your building if you work nights. There is plenty of other parking if you don't mind a little walk. The property is impeccably maintained. Leases very in overall length base on when they have people leaving and moving in. The community is very nice and diverse and very friendly. The location is very desirable as well.

We moved in at Camden Town Square around July and the management has been phenomenal. You can go to the office anytime and speak and they'll help you out or a maintenance crew over. We only used the maintenance crew only a number of times for minor things. The apartment is awesome. They really just take care of their leases.
