Leo Gomez did super fast service same day for 28yr old water heater replacement. Was able to connect very tight spaced fittings with amazing speed. Definitely would recommend to anyone in Orlando area who needs great work at fair price. Bernie was very professional at setting up appointment and providing his techs nice custom trucks to work from.

The entire process went very well , the install Was completed in one day . the installers were polite . clean and as quiet as possible . Upon completion they cleaned up after themselves and explained all the details of how the system works . I would and did hire them again .....i also Recommend them to my neighbor and she had the same system installed .

When it was time to replace my almost-15-year-old water heater, I had to make several decisions. One was the type of water heater I wanted. After doing some digging around online I decided that a hybrid heat pump water heater would be my best choice. I called 7 companies for estimates. 3 of them didn’t want to be bothered. The other 4 gave me written estimates. To be fair, I believe any one of those 4 companies would have done a good job for me. I chose Brodway Contracting for the job. They were the first to respond to my request, their price was awesome, their communication was fantastic and the guys they had to install the water heater were amazing After the installers left, the unit malfunctioned. I called right away, left a message, and got an almost immediate response — and this was well after business hours. It turned out to be a bad circuit board — but Brodway was on it and had it fixed the next day. The level of service I received from Broadway is just amazing. From start to finish I am super happy with them, and with my new water heater. I’ll definitely do business with them again, and I wholeheartedly recommend them.

I appreciated them letting me know what was going on and approximately when they would be at my house. They did an excellent job with the water heater and it was neatly installed. I have recommended Brodway Contracting to some of my friends and will use them again if I have problems they can take care of.
