Brian was recommended through a friend and coworker. We had several discussions over the phone about what we wanted in a home and where we were looking physically and financially. We met that weekend to view homes and he was friendly, professional, informative, and up front about both his strengths and the boundaries of his position. We viewed a few dozen homes over the next 2-3 weeks and spoke with a mortgage broker he recommended who was also excellent. We put in a few bids before winning our new home. Brian was always in communication with us, keeping us up to date on what we needed to do as well as what to expect and when, even while he was out of town. He worked with the mortgage broker, listing agent, and title company to get everything together, up to and including closing day.
