The best thing is that they were punctual the day they arrived to pick up the stuff. That day was kind of complicated because they said they had a different price system than what they had told me over the phone and it caught me by surprise. I thought it was going to be $1100 or so. The driver and mover came and complained that I did not give them enough information. Which wasn't true because I talked to them on the phone and told them how I wanted to move. So I ended up paying $400 more. They promised to deliver in 5-7 business days and it took them 20 days or so before I finally got the stuff. They picked it up on the 4th of December and they finally delivered on the 24th. It was 20 days of agony wondering where my stuff was.
