Because I ignored the system warning message that my and quot;Norton 360and quot; has been expired for about 1
month, it ended up my laptop WIN7 operating system becoming very vulnerable
and attracting all kinds of the malware coming to my laptop; the
performance of my laptop not only was very slow but also the browsers FireFox, Google Chrome, and Internet Explorer could not function normally.
Donna helped me to clean up all the malwares on my laptop during the first 6.5 hours, it followed by the 2nd 30 minutes follow-up post services to FIX one more WIN7 SysMenu.dll file that was affected by the malware.
