AQUA POOLS

We met Austin and discussed what we wanted for a pool. He took notes and looked at our property. Our budget was $35-40K. He said what we want would be much more. We asked please submit a proposal and we can go from there.

We never heard back. I thought our budget minimally warranted a reply.

I wasn't happy with Aqua Pools. The pool service was awful. They didn't fulfill what they said so I let them go. They had a young kid come, he didn't know half of what he needed to do. One week he didn't show up, the next  week he came. He never fulfilled what they were supposed to do and after 7 weeks, I let them go. One week he came in, the pool needed lowering but he didn't do that and he left the lanai door open. For $90 a month, they were not here any less than about 10 minutes. They didn't take the navigator in and out unless I told them. When I called his office and they told me that they don't lower or add water to the pool. They had a service guy come out to do a couple of things but he was supposed to get back to me on the heater and also too, I wanted to see about the pool resurfaced. He said he took pictures but no one ever got back to me. It was a lousy experience. It was not at all worth it. This was my experience.
